A shared mailbox allows multiple users to read and send emails from a common address, such as support@industryft.com, removed_user@infustryft.com, or hr@industryft.com.
Before you begin, make sure IT has granted you access. If access was recently assigned, wait a few minutes and restart Outlook.

- Go to Mail.
- In the left panel, right-click your primary account.
- Select Add shared folder or mailbox.
- Enter the shared mailbox email (e.g.,
support@company.com). - Click Add.
- The mailbox will appear in your folder list.
Windows β Classic Outlook
- Open Outlook.
- Click File.
- Go to Account Settings β Account Settings.
- Select your account.
- Click Change.
- Click More Settings.
- Open the Advanced tab.

If You Cannot See the Shared Mailbox
- Confirm IT has granted access.

If the issue persists, contact IT and provide:
